When you get in touch

We use the contact information and project details you choose to share to respond, assess the project and manage the conversation. A high-level description is enough: please leave out confidential client records, credentials and personal information about other people.

If you email us, your message passes through your email provider and ours. Where a website submission form is available, the form identifies how your message is sent. We keep enquiry correspondence for the business conversation and related recordkeeping; contact us to discuss access or deletion.

Website usage

Vercel hosts this website. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand visits, performance and which website actions are useful. Our custom events record categories such as a contact-link click or a successful submission. They do not include your name, email address or project message.

A click is not treated as a received enquiry. We do not use the project form to subscribe you to a marketing list.

Service providers and project information

Hosting, email and, when enabled, enquiry-delivery and spam-prevention providers process the information needed to operate those services. A project enquiry is not an upload channel for company documents or a live AI session.

Before connecting information for a client implementation, we agree the relevant providers, access, hosting, retention and deletion requirements with the client.

For a question about information you have shared with Upshot Engine, contact hello@upshotengine.com. Include enough context for us to locate the enquiry; do not send identity documents unless a suitable verification process has been agreed.
